    • Other Countries: 10-30 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or high shipping demand.

2. Shipping Costs

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.
  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee (if applicable).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
